We prioritise the upkeep of our customers’ homes. During 2023/24, we completed 10,655 total repairs of which 9,333 were completed by Homeworks, our in-house repairs team.

In addition to routine repairs, we carry out planned cyclical upgrades, such as replacing old kitchens and bathrooms.

We also ensure that empty properties meet high standards before new residents move in. We completed 114 home inspections and 53 major refurbishments, which included replacing kitchens, bathrooms, and boilers. We also performed minor works on 61 empty properties and completed 43 cyclical decoration projects.
