Making this part of your existing processes

Our final ask is that you look at ways in which you could incorporate this into existing processes.

Providers have done a huge amount on financial inclusion work, identifying people at risk and providing support to maximise income. How could this be rolled out for older people? Does your CRM system have the capability to flag when someone is approaching pension age so that they can be offered support at that point? Is Pension Credit mentioned when signing up a new tenant who may be eligible? Where else could this become part of an existing process?
